No Reverse Gear Challenge — Competition Season 3

By accepting this waiver I acknowledge and agree:

1. Assumption of risk. Off-roading and related activities are inherently dangerous and can result in serious injury, death, or loss of or damage to property. I voluntarily participate with full knowledge of these risks and assume them entirely.

2. Fitness & vehicle. I confirm I am medically fit to participate, hold any required licence, and that my vehicle is roadworthy and suitably prepared for the terrain.

3. Rules & instructions. I will follow all marshal and organiser instructions, the club code of conduct, convoy discipline, and any event-specific safety requirements at all times.

4. Release of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless the club, its organisers, marshals, and volunteers from any claim for injury, loss, or damage arising from my participation, except where caused by their gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

5. Emergency & media. I consent to reasonable emergency assistance if needed, and to the club's use of event photos/video in which I may appear, in line with the Privacy Policy.

6. Indemnity. To the extent permitted by law, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the club, its organisers, marshals, and volunteers against claims, losses, or expenses arising from my participation, my vehicle, or my breach of this waiver or the code of conduct.

7. Insurance. I understand the club does not provide medical, vehicle, or personal-accident insurance for participants, and that arranging adequate insurance is my own responsibility.

8. Minors. If I am under 18, I participate only with the consent and supervision of my parent or lawful guardian, who accepts this waiver on my behalf.

9. Accuracy & law. The information I have provided (including emergency contact and vehicle details) is accurate. This waiver is governed by the laws of India.

I confirm I have read and understood this waiver and accept it freely.
