Pench Tiger Reserve (Madhya Pradesh) Jeep Safari

Forest Department–regulated open 4x4 gypsy safaris through Pench Tiger Reserve on the Madhya Pradesh side (Seoni & Chhindwara districts), named after the Pench river and long associated with Kipling's 'The Jungle Book'. Core tourism zones are Turia, Karmajhiri and Jamtara, with buffer zones alongside. Permits and vehicles are allotted online by the Forest Department; morning and evening shifts.
