How to report or request removal of content

We are a discovery platform; some trails and events are submitted by members of the public and we are an intermediary for that content under the IT Act, 2000. Email the Grievance Officer (or use the “Report” / “Request removal” button on the listing) with:

  • The exact URL of the listing.
  • What is wrong — unlawful, infringes your IP, discloses a private location, is inaccurate about you or your property, or you are the landowner/authority and object.
  • Your name and contact details (and, for an IP or impersonation complaint, a statement that you are the rights-holder or authorised to act).
  • A copy of any court order or government direction, if applicable.

We keep a dated record of every complaint. Being listed here is not an endorsement, a permission, or a certification by us.
